Quick fixes
No. If a song or clip fails, the credits go back to your balance automatically and the app tells you why.
In the app, open Settings and tap Restore purchases. Use the same App Store or Google Play account you bought with.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. In the app, open Settings → Manage subscription, or cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
